Renaissance Tlemcen Hotel

During my recent stay at the Renaissance Tlemcen in Lala Seti, I was thoroughly impressed with the high level of service and quality accommodations. From the moment of check-in, which was both swift and seamless, to the friendly, smiling staff, everything was handled with utmost professionalism. The room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, featuring superior quality bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. The inclusion of a top-notch baby cot was a thoughtful touch that made our stay much more comfortable as a family. The bathroom was equally pristine and well-maintained. I noticed significant improvements in many areas of the hotel compared to last year, which enhanced our experience further. The quality of air, owing to the hotel's serene location, also contributed positively to our comfort. However, there are areas that still need attention; the elevators require better maintenance, and the TVs in the rooms should be updated to enhance the overall guest experience. Dining at the hotel was nothing short of spectacular. The dinner was not only delicious but a true artistic piece, showcasing the culinary skills of the chef. The breakfast offered a varied and rich selection, catering to all tastes and preferences. I highly recommend the Renaissance Tlemcen for anyone visiting the area. Whether you're here for leisure or business, this hotel promises a stay that combines luxury with the warmth of Algerian hospitality. A true 5-star experience!

Great location with amazing view. I love the architecture. Good to organise events. Not so many people stay in the hotel for the expensive prices. Service isn't that great for the price. Calm and cosy.

Amazing architecture Bad service because of the reduced staff and rare customers. Nice buffet . Room service to avoid.. better have dinner at the buffet! It's not worth it eating in the room. TVs need an upgrade.. looks like they are still stuck in 2005! Air conditioning wasn't working! It was preset for all rooms at a fixed rate of heating even if the room is hot still you'll receive hot air!! I was forced to open the windows for some fresh air Very bad maintenance of the hotel.. from the elevators to the tiles in the bathroom what a waste I liked the traditional theme ♥️ very authentic Bravo to the designers
