The best and most luxurious hotel I ever bin. A 13 day stay, and didn't had a thing to complain. The diner is excellent, compliments to their chef, also for gluten free dining. Like a 5 star hotel should be. We had inclusive breakfast every day, very good, their isn't a thing U can't eat. And a special thanks for Martina and Isobel for making a lot of custom eggs and smoothies for our whole family. All together a really good 'coming home' feeling in this amazing hotel. Thank U all.
Alexis was the best doorman and always made you feel at home. Tiffany coordinated and event space for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary with family and friends and made sure we had what we needed. Martina worked the omelet station and made the best omelets. Everyone was so accommodating. My wife and I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone contributed to making this a wonderful vacation!
Great place to cool off when getting off the cruise ship. Walking distance from the dock, a/c, and great slots. Did very well in the casino after a losing streak on the boat. Staff was friendly. No player card needed.
