Spent a gorgeous week here. Just a short distance to the beach. Lovely and clean (there a week and cleaners came twice). Nice rooms. We had an amazing view from our balcony of the sea. Outdoor area. Space indoors. Aircon. Pool is great. Small and shallow. Which actually was lovely to cool off and even read in. Great to have the pool even though the sea was close. Spent many an hour by the pool in the garden on sun loungers. The beach is fantastic. Just a short (2 min) walk. Because it’s the end away from the bars you have space and it’s not crowded. With the option to head to sunloungers in front of the bars if you wish. The bars on the beachfront were really excellent. Spacious. Nice relaxed vibe. We loved snorkelling here. Very clear. Lots of fish. It’s where the dive club does it’s learner dives. Not far from lovely restaurants in Barbati, Ipsos. A wonderful place to stay and relax. Easy to explore other parts of Corfu here. Highly recommend it. You feel private but so close to a wonderful beach and bars and restaurants. Would definitely go back.

Location is fantastic- a minute from a smooth stone, calm,clean beach. Room 104 in building A is literally just a walk through the garden to Barbati Beach. Parking is free and ample. The studio unit is large, but could do with some new bed linens as the ones provided barely cover the bed. Do not leave any food out as you will quickly find the counters covered with ants. We had a bath drain back up and owner didn’t come for 24hrs to unplug making the bath unusable. These few negatives should not defer your decision to book as we really enjoyed our stay and found it a great value. Market and a variety of restaurants are also nearby

The location of the villa is perfect, 1 minute from the sea. It is very private, lots of room in the residence and in the garden. Pool is very nice, clean and well organized. But there are problems that cannot be overlooked: - the acces to the villa is very bad and has no light - the sheets and towels where not clean - the bathroom was not sanitized - in one of the bathrooms the boiler was not working - the owner did not provide any cleaning suplies.. not even dish washer tablets or a broom - one of the sinks was clogged - the air conditioner was not working - the mosquito nets on some doors was ripped - regarding the activities in the house and garden, there are none! The foot ball was leaking.. we bought a new one, no games, no cards, no nothing.. no playground for kids. It seems the owner doesn’t care about the villa if they had good reviews in the past. It is one of the best places we stayed at but some attention to details is needed or else more people will complain.
