The facilities here were the reason we booked as we have two children and they did not disappoint. Pools were amazing and the spa was a favorite. Location couldn't have been any better - so central to everything. Rooms were tidy and spacious. Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much. We will definitely be back again
The room service are awesome!!! Fixed our bed while we are away! Rooms are as described. Very close to the major site in the CBD walking distance, parking right next to the hotel so very convenient! Warm pool and gym! Very affordable!
Booked a room over the phone the woman failed to advise us that we will have to pay a 200 dollar bond fee. Leaving us to arrive at the hotel completely unaware of this, we are only here for a couple of nights and would have stayed elsewhere if we knew our spending budget money would be taken from us!! Very unhelpful staff this experience has ruined our short stay in Auckland NZ.
