Beautiful Hotel. It feels like home
Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. Helpful English speaking staff. Great location close to sights, shopping, restaurants and the metro. One of the nicest hotels we have visited in Russia.
Nice hotel in a charming French style. The building ist a bit worn out but still well decorated like being in France at the beginning of 20th century. The rooms are large, even if the bath has only a medium size. The rooms are quiet even if the hotel is located at a big very frequented road. The breakfast ist ok, small buffet with nothing special. The restaurant staff is a nogo: We have received the menu at 23:35. When trying to order, we were told that all meals will take 15min to be prepared. So what, that's fast. But it was the another to not serve anymore any dish to us because the restaurant is going to be closed at mid night! Ush!!! A positive memory: The hotel us offering free good coffee and nice cakes for teatime in the afternoon.
