Nice and cool but the pool was cold

Fatal.... They sell an aparthotel with views of the pool and they give us ones with views of some works 🥺🥺 at reception I asked for change or the claim form, they told us that they sent us by mail, because they can't do anything, the price is the same.. A man assists us, he tells us that he cannot put photos of all the apartments, 😡they sell the best views when you arrive there is not what they offer. We take photos of what we see wrong because there is a deposit to be delivered. The cleanliness was excellent, sheets, towels were very good, we asked for blankets just in case, they provided them, the first thing made my daughter and grandson's face cloudy 🥺 when they saw that it was not what I told them about 5 hours into the trip.

The experience was terrible, everything was very dirty: walls, floor, sheets, etc. Air conditioning is only in the dining room. The heat can make you dizzy in the bedrooms. You can't even open the windows because it's an apartment full of young people who come in late at night. The refrigerator isn't cold enough. I highly recommend it. It's a total scam, pathetic. Cheap is expensive.
