Except for the very late check-in time, it’s a peaceful and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, if you don’t have a car, getting to the city center can be quite difficult as the hotel is located far from it.
Very small room with no door to separate toilet from the bed: where is the user privacy??? It was the architect choice I was told… well if you like to go to an open toilet like at Rome Coliseum then this hotel is perfect for you. In my case for 150+€ I would have expected breakfast included and at least a door to separate the toilet from the bed…
One of the worst hotels on the planet. For a 4 star hotel it does not have air conditioning. My room was faulty. The floor was heating up making it unbearable. They would not give me a different room claiming they were fully booked. Also refused to refund me money claiming only the day manager could do that. All in all worst hotel experience of my life. Location is useful for CGN airport or DLR.
