Repino Cronwell Park Hotel

Good Hotel really only 4 stars but charges a 5 star price. Staff are excellent from reception to breakfast. This hotel does not have the trimmings to be classified anything other than 4 stars it misses out on the quality furniture in lobby and rooms albeit a comfortable hotel with extensive grounds. A good restaurant serving quality meals.

Terrible customer service from the front desk staff Juliana (Юлиана) really ruined the first impression of the place and as a result negatively affected the remaining stay at the hotel. Good food but the room wasn't properly cleaned with some sticky spills on the bed side table and bread crumbs on the carpet. The place is really overpriced for what it is.

They said they'd get us a room by 3 o'clock and we came early to ensure it. We got the room at 7. When we finally got in the room there was another family inside, so we had to wait another hour to get our actual room. But one of the 3 beds didn't have bedding on. So we waited for that. In the morning they brought us breakfast an hour and a half later than they said they would. In the end they gave us some fruits and desserts from the restaurant menu and voucher for pizza, as a sorry.
