Perfect hotel, the theming is incredible- we stayed in the Maya suite and now want to come and visit all the different rooms! I'm not usually a fan of buffet food but everything was so fresh, hygienic and tasty! The staff were fantastic and we loved how secure the parking was and the location for the park. See you again soon!

Truly disappointed having paid 700 EUR per night and not even having bathrobes provided in the room to go to the aqua park. Two years ago, they were still provided but now only in the suites. Come on, guys, for the price you are charging, you could make a little more effort. I’m sure you can afford purchasing and washing the basic bathrobes to make it more convenient for your guests to go the aqua park?

We had a very disappointing experience at this so-called 4-star hotel. The service was far below expectations—especially at the LeGrand Buffet, where the staff were extremely slow and inattentive. Even basic service like clearing tables or refilling items took an unreasonable amount of time, and the food quality did not match the high price. If you’re planning to visit Plopsaland De Panne theme park, I highly recommend booking a hotel near the park instead. We found there are even better hotels nearby that offer much better service—and for a price that’s up to 4 times less than what we paid here. Save your money and choose wisely—you’ll get better comfort and value elsewhere.
