Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the town. Minutes away from the town square, shops, restaurants, and the beach. We stayed on the top floor and the view was the highlight. We had a lovely balcony and enjoyed looking out on the town and the ocean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and I slept very well. The breakfast was great, delicious food. Checking in was a breeze; everyone at the front desk was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Hotel is old. Poor plumbing (bathrooms always smells like 💩) and deteriorating interior. It may be clean but it doesn’t look or feel like it bc of age and lack of updates. Poor insulation between rooms. Fantastic location and staff/service. If you have a room on the top floor you will be the best views but the ceiling is sloped and has an attic vibe. Tall people will hit their head all the time. Breakfast was super. Scrambled eggs made to order. Hotel is secure. Need keep to enter front door. No onsite parking. Street parking is free but can be challenging to find. Value is not great, but ok for location and service.

Bed bugs in the headboard!! I was scrolling on my phone before sleeping when I saw a bug crawl past my pillow. I immediately got out of bed and inspected the mattress, but there was nothing. However we found more bugs on the pillows. Turns out the bed bugs were in the headboard!! At first the night receptionist was reluctant in giving us a new room, wanting to check with the manager, who obviously wasn't answering because it was 2am! In the end we finally moved into another room, but obviously couldn't sleep. The next morning, not only were we not offered any assistance in having all our clothes washed (in 60C, many pieces got ruined), but the manager even tried to blame the bed bugs on us! In the end we only got the night refunded, and they refused to cover any of the extra expenses we had due to this incident. We understand that bedbugs happen even in the most luxurious hotels, but the lack of service afterwards is unacceptable. Honestly this whole incident ruined our trip.
