A 4-star hotel with a 3-star experience. Cozy hotel with a nice view over Porto Vecchio. Our room was large and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace. Overall the hotel lacks some of the features you’d expect from a 4-star hotel and some areas are a bit dated. Little personell and no service-orientation. They won’t even try to sell you a drink while you’re at the pool. Good location close to local beaches.
Great location/Nice room with amazing view Drawbacks: bathroom without door / average breackfast
the hotel is getting on in years and is in urgent need of renovation in certain places. the veranda and stairs creaks at every corner and edge. there is no wifi in the rooms in the right house. hardly any staff, room service arrives at 4.30 in the afternoon when most people have long returned from their day trip. breakfast is served late and is not worth 15 euros. at the reception you are just checked out, no guidance on arrival, no enquiry on departure. absolutely no customer service, they don‘t really care. unfortunately the beautiful view can't make up for all that. the price is overpriced for the service and facilities received. anything but a four star hotel - two stars would be a better description.
