Residences at The Fives

got back from an amazing stay at this resort and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The property is beautiful — clean, modern, and super well maintained. Every corner of it feels thought out, and the pools are all crystal clear and easy to get to no matter where you are on the property. Carlos was my server and he was incredible — super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was smooth every time I sat down to eat. Honestly one of the best parts of the trip. The food overall was solid. Some dishes were better than others, but that’s expected at an all-inclusive. There was always something good to eat, and the variety kept things from getting boring. The spa? Unreal. It’s clean, peaceful, and actually feels like a luxury experience, not just something thrown in for the sake of it. If you go, book something there — totally worth it.

I had an incredible stay at The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome — everyone was so friendly, kind, and attentive. The resort was consistently spotless. Housekeeping maintained our room beautifully every day, and the cleanliness across the entire property was truly impressive. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. There was always something new and satisfying to enjoy at each meal. One of the things I appreciated most was the thoughtfully planned daily programs. They were engaging and diverse, offering opportunities to try new things and keep the day feeling fresh and fun — I was never bored for a second. The spa was a true highlight. The space itself was calming and beautifully designed, and the lovely scent in the air made it even more inviting. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The pools were crystal clear and clearly well cared for — swimming or just lounging by the water was an absolute pleasure. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a perfect blend of relaxation, cleanliness, great service, and enriching activities.

Great place and location! Staff was helpful, we had Juli as our ambassador. She was amazing. Even went out of her way to help us get some medicine for my daughter’s ear swimmers ear! The property is understaffed at the pools and a few areas are more run down- but is genuinely well maintained. All the food we ate was great! Housekeeping department is also amazing.
