Residency Lake Resort and Spa

This resort is exceptionally well-maintained and offers a luxurious experience. The staff members are friendly and provide helpful service. However, it is worth noting that food prices can be quite high, with items such as bottled water priced at ₹62. Additionally, while many guests arrive with their own vehicles, there could be improvements in the facilities provided for drivers...

It's an average place. Rooms size is sufficient and cleanliness maintained. The swimming pool and few other game activities are present. I found more chlorine in the pool, but anyway due to continuous rain no one was using it. You can enjoy the lake view from the balcony. The food taste is average. Tea and coffee served each time was below average. Compared to their rates, I didn't find it worth personally and one day is sufficient to explore.

Service and cleanliness are major areas of concern.. for the price that this place charges are only for the location. The rooms are adequate though the bedding is not clean the spare bedding had urine stains and smell. The bathrooms are a major concern with poor hygiene and water leakage specially during monsoon. It being a monsoon destination the resort owners should look in to being monsoon friendly. We had booked 5 rooms and believe me all had a leak.. with the service staff responding as if they had learnt about the problem first time ever. The breakfast spread is very poor.. milk served is like traces of milk in water.. we raised concerns multiple times but in vain!! Poor hygiene and not worth for the money paid.
