We booked a deluxe room for 2 days at around 60000 KZT per day. It was a very nice stay. The room was spacious and the staff was courteous. Pros: * Courteous staff and very spacious room. Room service is also good. * Deluxe rooms have a mountain view which is very nice and worth the money. * Comes with a free 24 hour sauna which is a very nice perk. Cons: * Located a bit off the city center and not many good restaurants nearby. * Breakfast is not so good for vegetarians. Only had one or two options. Could do better.
Had a pleasant stay here as the hotel rooms are new and very clean. Housekeeping staff were prompt and all the frontdesk crew were very helpful, and all speak fluent English (great for non-native speaking tourists). Surrounding streets are safe for walking back at night as well.
The staff here is very courteous. The girl at the reception was very kind and sweet she also knew a little bit of English which made is easier for us. The rooms are very neat and clean however a little too small. Besides the room being small everything else was very good. Breakfast options were also great.
