Residenz Theresa

The location of the Residenz Theresa is absolutely ideal and in walking distance to everything. The apartment was comfortable, and incredible clean and without doubt one of the coziest and lovely apartments I stayed at. The apartment was fully equipped and I cannot think of anything that was missing. The kitchen facilities were great, I also had bathrobes and slippers and some coffee for the first days. What impressed me most were the sustainability at the Residenz and their contribution to the environmental protection. Everything was considered and prepared with a love for detail. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view from the balcony to the mountain landscape and I also loved the wellness area with its sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. All in all, such a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend it enough!

We had the Marigold room. It has a kitchen that is equipped with everything you need. The only thing we were missing was a freezer compartment because we had freezer batteries with us so that we could take Tyrol specialties with us. But then we bought ice cubes at the supermarket, which is also very close by. Very well maintained. Washing machine and tumble dryer also available. Coffee machine capsule machine or filter coffee & kettle. Small but nice balcony with a view of the Bergdoktor Haus. Bus stop is also nearby, you can really get anywhere with the Kaiserjet. There is also a small farm shop opposite. Very quiet area and, above all, little car noise. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out, everything via email or telephone contact, very easy and very friendly. Children's playground, garden and barbecue option with loungers

When you enter you already feel at home. Everything was very lovingly furnished and very clean!! The kitchen is very well equipped and the flowery balcony invites you to linger. The sofa bed is equipped with a very good topper and therefore feels like a full-fledged bed. Lots of storage space throughout the apartment. The questions in advance were answered in a friendly and prompt manner. Highly recommended!
