Really pleasant stay. The hotel offers free parking very convenient, perfect for those traveling by car, while for those traveling by metro the station is easily reachable in 5 minutes. The prices are competitive compared to the area and the quality-price ratio is excellent. Clean, well-kept and quiet rooms. A special thanks to the staff, always friendly and helpful, ready to help with a smile. We will definitely be back!
I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was small but had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and tasty, offering a good start to the day. However, despite being on the top floor, I could still hear a lot of noise from the street, which was a bit disturbing. The biggest issue I encountered was related to the hotel’s mobile app. Unfortunately, my data was compromised, and I was scammed into making a payment to fraudsters. This was a serious security concern, and I hope the hotel takes immediate steps to improve the safety of their digital platforms. Overall, a mixed experience – nice amenities and comfort, but marred by a significant security problem.
The staff was welcoming, which made for a pleasant first impression. The rooms, however, are quite small. While generally clean, they could use more detailed attention—there were scuff marks on the walls, mildew on top of the shower, and dust or grime in the corners and edges. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable, and there were no additional amenities like a mini fridge or ironing board. That said, there was a hairdryer provided, and housekeeping refreshed the room daily with clean towels. The shower was particularly cramped, making it uncomfortable to use. There was also no dedicated space to store clothes, so we had to live out of our luggage for the duration of our stay. Instead of a key, the room uses a combination lock system for entry. Breakfast is served daily on Level 1—just provide your room number upon arrival. The food was average; my typical breakfast included scrambled eggs, salami, Brie, cucumber, and a cappuccino. There’s also a communal microwave located to the right of the lobby. The area has a lot of graffiti and we frequently heard emergency vehicles at night, which may be a concern for some. However, the metro is just a 5-minute walk away, and public transportation is fairly easy to navigate. A highlight was a great pub located directly behind the hotel—delicious food and open late, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the hotel served its purpose. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. A functional, no-frills option if you’re simply looking for a place to sleep and freshen up.
