Good service except for unknown $250 payment as initial guarantee before using the room.
The facilities aren’t terrible, but the staff and non-existent customer service made my stay terrible. They were unwilling to answer questions or help. No smiles, and they look at you like you owe them. The ones that are friendly are incompetent. They were unable to remember requests made the day before and to which they have agreed. The cleaning staff did what they wanted and the front desk staff were not able to get them to do as they asked. Cleaning was spotty. Shampoo/soap bottles left empty. Sheets not changed. It was beyond a frustrating experience and if you value your sanity, I highly suggest other hotels in the area.
The hotel, has a strange standard they will ask for 250 euro deposits upon arrival. Then while you are still staying in the hotel if you do not throw out empty boxes or clean the table or bathroom when cleaning services arrive they will invite hotel staff to your room to take pictures without notifying u and even if you haven't broken anything and leave clean room when you departing hotel you will be charged deposit. My recomandation to avoid this apartment hotel if you don't want to lose more money.
