Residhome Caserne de Bonne

My company booked this accommodation for two nights (9/17 and 9/18), and while the night staff on 9/17 was friendly and helpful, unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The breakfast, advertised until 9:30, was incredibly underwhelming. With only two types of pancakes, two croissants, a few slices of bread, some cold items (cheese and ham), and just four warm options (potato cubes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and hot dogs), the selection was already minimal. To make matters worse, when I went down at 8:35, the only warm food left was potato cubes and hot dogs. I patiently waited, hoping the staff would replenish the items, but by 9:20, nothing had been refilled. When I asked about the scrambled eggs, the manager flatly told me they wouldn't be restocked. Given the limited options and the fact that none of the hot food was replenished for nearly an hour, I raised the issue with the front desk. The manager insisted there was plenty of food at 8:00, which clearly wasn’t the case. The breakfast was not worth the 18 euros charged and was by far the most disappointing I’ve experienced in any business hotel. The room was equally disappointing. It felt outdated and poorly maintained, with fluctuating water temperatures in the shower. The decor and flooring were worn and old, and the double bed only had a nightstand on one side, which seemed like a careless oversight. These issues, combined with the lackluster breakfast, made for a deeply unsatisfying stay. Overall, This experience left me very disappointed and I hope the hotel considers making improvements for future guests.

Outrageously bad hotel. I had to stay there for almost three weeks for business travel and if I had the chance I would have changed it immediately. - Old, poorly maintained rooms with broken parts. - Dirty bathroom. - Cleaning ONCE a week and no cleaning supplies to do it yourself (Reminder: this is a 4 star hotel!!) - During this one time cleaning, my dirty towels were picked up and refolded instead of providing new ones! A week later they were just taken away without providing fresh ones!! - 25 euro extra fee per day for parking - The “gym” is a run down 10m2 room with one stepper, one treadmill and a couple of weights (you gotta be kidding right) and the sauna is always off - The 18 Euro breakfast is underwhelming at its highest. I came in at8 am and it was basically empty with few choices from the beginning - One elevator of two working very weird, seems half broken - incredibly hot, sticky rooms. The single positive aspect is the central location and nice receptionists who were polite. The owning chain has to urgently repair this mess or put down the prices at least half, this is NEVER a 4 star hotel!!

Im still waiting after 2 years 150 euros money back from my deposit that i left at the check in of the hotel. They didnt give my money back and they dont answer emails and nobody cares. Residhome Nice Airport it was!!!! If somebody from the company Residhome care reply me and i would be happy to take out the negative review.
