If you are traveling in a group of women only and want to make sure that no one helps you to get your suitcases out of the waiting room - you should stay here! The "man" at the reception stood and watched as the elderly women climbed the shelves in search of suitcases and barely managed to get them down.

The hotel is in a great central shopping area but the actual hotel is not the best. For me the Rooms were always hot & they even moved us to another room which the A/C didn't work Either. The customer service at the hotel is not the best.

I was very disappointed with our recent stay. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website, which was the first red flag. Even worse, the air conditioning was not working – we only realized this at 9PM. When I contacted reception, they told us: - There were no other rooms available. - No fans could be provided. - No service engineer was available. - No management was present to assist. My 13-year-old son started getting a bad headache from the heat (the room was 28°C), and we had no choice but to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The staff did not seem to care. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer even a partial refund, though under EU law they are supposed to provide one in situations like this. Thankfully, Hotels.com was far more helpful and refunded our stay. I definitely would not recommend this hotel given our experience with the misleading photos, broken AC, lack of support, and refusal to honor basic consumer rights.
