I have visited the hotel twice. The rooms are clean,the staff is friendly and based on my necessities, the location is perfect.
Was okay but we had a cock roach in our cupboard. In 5 days the room got cleaned only once. Metro station is a bit far.
Please do not even say that you have parking. We reserved on Agoda and wrote that we would like to reserve a parking. However, upon our arrival, staff said no place for us. Why did you not tell us earlier? Manager should have done a better job in training Then staff said street parking is cheaper than their own parking and is free after 20h and on Sunday. It is absolutely not true. The hotel is a scam. So far, we parked at zenpark nearby and it is 20 euros per day. The hotel is not offering any solution. We bear the loss by ourselves We are not some first-time tourists who can be sweet talked. parking is still 15 euros per day and you won’t even get it. Absolute shame
