I lived here for almost two months, and it was a great place to stay. Very nice accommodation, with weekly cleaning service. The resort has a pool and sauna, and the rooms are equipped with a washer-dryer—everything you need. Highly recommend! 👍🏼

We stayed in 315 which had great decor and recently renovated bathroom and is next to the lake. Toilet downstairs as well. Pool is lovely. Shuts early at the weekend and you have to arrive early at the weekend. No soap provided. Great bike rides. Spiral staircase may not be suitable for elderly or young children. Or large suitcase. Nice reception staff. Little shop. Good playground. Near to pretty town and beach. They ask you to pay a 250 euro deposit but they are unable to do this via a card block like most hotels, car rentals. They pay it back at the end but I had to request it and provide my bank details. I ended up paying a £20 bank fee! Very disappointing.

We stayed 3 nights at Resort Città Romana and unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet expectations. The location is peaceful and has potential, but several things detracted from our stay. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency in pricing. Cleaning fees, towels, and bed linen were not included in the booking price, and this wasn’t made clear when reserving. The €250 deposit was partially used to cover these hidden costs, and then we were asked to pay a second deposit onsite, which felt confusing and unfair. We also had an issue with charging our electric car — despite having our own secure cable and charging setup (which we use safely at home), we were warned not to use it. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very weak, and breakfast was overpriced with no practical or affordable options for families. Overall, a disappointing stay. The resort has potential, but the lack of clear communication, modern services, and family-friendly amenities made it hard to enjoy.
