Resort Cordial Santa Agueda and Perchel Beach Club

We have had such an amazing holiday here. The resort is stunning. The beach club is awesome. The rooftop pool is bliss. It is a small but perfect place to enjoy brilliant weather. And there are surf swells and waves right on the doorstep for the surf crew! Breakfast is great value and we loved the fresh sushi for lunch. An easy walk into the nearby town which has a vibrant market and lovely restaurants to try. Overall an absolute belter of an Easter break and we will be back!

The accommodation was very clean, very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The outside terrace was very nice too, although we didn't have a great view. Cleaning staff were friendly and professional. We had breakfast on our first morning, it wasn't particularly good value at 15 euros each, so we used are kitchen and fridge going forward. The beach club is very nice as is the swimming pool terrace, but the hotel complex lacks a bit of atmosphere. A bar on site would be nice. El Pajar had some some nice restaurants but was very quiet. We had a late flight back to the UK, and were told we could hold onto the room for the day but at a cost of 80 euros which was a bit steep for two people, and disappointing as the hotel wasn't full.

The location of the complex is a bit weird - in between a cement factory and what looks like a homeless facility. But it's on the beach and I guess that counted the most. Service desk is OK, not bad and not great. Extra service like tours is not included (which happens a lot in other resorts) but any issues in the apartment are taken care of swiftly. The apartment is spacious and very high, finished in a bare concrete look. All amenities are present and of good quality.
