Our host Claudia was very helpful before and during our stay, providing us with great information on both our accommodation and what to see and do and places to eat in the area. The pool was perfect to cool off in during the hot summer days. The apartment is in a good location, just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and the lake front. It is 2 kilometres from the centre of Desenzano and there is a regular bus service. We did not need a car during our stay, instead enjoying the half hour walk into Desenzano. It is ideally situated to explore both the Lake Garda region and wider afield - we visited Venice and Verona by train.
The apartment has a lot of space and is well suited for many people to be comfortable. Everything was nice and clean and well maintained. Patrick the host went above and beyond in every way. He always ensured we were comfortable and always had helpful advice on where to eat, what to do, and general information. I highly recommend Resort Del Lago!
This place is amazing 👏 really beyond my expectations and I'm very used to travel. Claudia the host is super nice and helpful. I really enjoyed talking to her and getting information about the town. The apartment was super clean and comfortable with all unthinkable amenities. I highly recommend it and would definitely like to come back. The only regret is that I stayed for few days.
