Resort Dream

This place is nothing short of a dream, literally. The owners Lorenzo & Cesare really make this one of the best places you’ll ever stay. And Irene from the desk went out of her way to be helpful all day long. We loved out stay here so much, this will be our fixed stay everytime we come to pantelleria from now on. 10/10

First of all the hotel is beautiful and geared toward relaxation with the amazing infinity pool and it views of the sea. The pictures don't quite do it justice... it is a stunningly beautiful place I did not want to leave. I stayed in a small Dammuso with a sea view and it was amazing to contemplate. A few things to know is that the resort is quite isolated and located quite far from the center so a car is a must as there is nothing at all around (beside the hotel restaurant). I found the rooms a bit bare, it would have been lovely to have a coffee or tea equipment to be able to have one admiring the sunrise views from the terrasse. Having stayed at similar places in various countries, they often provided tea/coffee supplies in room and even a bottle of wine. They also had maps of hiking trails around or easy independent activity suggestions. That being said at the dream resort they were able to provide contact information for local tour guides. The staff I interacted with was quite friendly, Paolo went out is his way to help me organize a few activities so thank you again!

We spent 1 week at the resort as part of our honeymoon: a positive experience overall with some ups and downs. The location is worth 5 stars as the resort has an amazing view on the coast, enabling guests to enjoy unforgettable dawn views; the rooms are large and clean. Our package included breakfast, which deserves 3 stars as the food was very good but the service was clearly disorganized, multiple waiters would take care of the same table ending up in orders getting either late or completely lost - happened on multiple days. Finally the hotel service deserves no more than 2 stars as the general attitude is not very customer oriented - our room did not get any cleaning service on our 1st day, we pointed it out and they did not care to make up for it in any way. Overall a place with a great potential!
