My husband and I spent 2 weeks on holiday in August 2025. We often holiday in sanatoriums, "Belaya Dacha" is the sanatorium where you want to return. Everyone, absolutely everyone (security guards, reception, medical staff, everyone, everyone) is very polite, kind, responsive. Any question or request is no problem, they solve everything. Special thanks to Elena for the cleanliness and comfort of our room (not a speck of dust, not a speck of dirt, towels, plumbing, floors - everything is clean, every day !!). The cuisine is amazing (everything is delicious, healthy, satisfying and varied). The portions are large, first course, second course, fruits, greens !! Everything is cooked with soul, very tasty. The nurses are very attentive and competent. Special thanks to our doctor Dmitry Ivanovich for his attentive reception. We were very pleased with our holiday and Kislovodsk, we will definitely return. By the way, the location of the sanatorium is very convenient. THANK YOU for a wonderful holiday. Good luck and prosperity to YOU!!!! Gazizova D. D
The atmosphere in the sanatorium is good, quiet, peace of mind, you can hear birds singing all around, which is a sign of Utah and natural comfort. My husband and I have been vacationing there for 3 years and are very happy. We recommend this sanatorium to everyone. Words to my grandmother and her husband who asked me to leave a review. Special thanks to the administrator "Leila" I am not sure if I am writing the name correctly.
We like everything. We visited in 2022 -2023. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Anyone who has been to sanatoriums of this level and who has something to compare with will understand me. Everything is very decent, the rooms are clean, the furniture is very good, there is everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, a kettle with cups, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a TV. The sanatorium building is very beautiful, it has its own parking lot and a cozy courtyard. Something you can work on is nutrition. There is little fruit, although there were some in season. There are practically no desserts, instant coffee, and the menu is monotonous. The location is ideal - the center of the resort, everything is within walking distance. In general, I recommend it.
