We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Upon arrival, the front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a suite free of charge, which was such a wonderful surprise. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Best of all, we had a direct view of the stunning Matterhorn right from our room — truly breathtaking. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we would love to come back again!
We had a short break (3 nights) at La Ginabelle earlier this month and loved every moment of it. The hotel was superb on every count - comfort, space, cleanliness, views, breakfasts, staff (always most pleasant and attentive) - and we’d love to be able to return some day. Many thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable.
We enjoyed a lot our stay at La Ginabelle. The staff is super friendly and ready to help, the room comfortable and spacious, the breakfast buffet really good and the 5 course dinner delicious, not to mention the relaying pool after a hike. We want to thank all the staff for making our stay remarkable.
