Napoleon Suite!!!! 🔥🔥🔥
The resort is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the island and the sea. It could use some maintenance, especially to the doors/windows and room fixtures, to really make it shine! The food is decent, breakfast is good, and dinner is equally good, with spectacular desserts! It would be nice to include more vegetarian/vegan options; the real highlight of the resort is the staff, extremely kind, friendly, and available to accommodate all guests' requests. They made the holiday special. 🥰
Let's start with the assumption that it wasn't a 4-star "resort" in the 1970s, perhaps, but it has remained that way. Dated rooms: furniture, fixtures, bathroom, mattress, and even curtains have never been updated, in my opinion. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness; we stayed in the company of ants both in the room and on the tables in the restaurant. The restaurant is acceptable, but definitely don't expect fresh produce. Positives: nice exterior, pools, and a very picturesque view; the staff, however, are always friendly and helpful.
