Nice and calm hotel suitable for people who dont like loud and noisy places. Really professional and friendly employees that will help you with all your needs. Rooms are really clean and cointan all needed thing. There are two outside swimming pools, that are clean and opened till the sun goes down (until the dark). Hotel restaurant is opened only on weekends which is quite tricky as other restaurants are quite far (10-15 mins walk, 5 mins by car). Only bad thing about the area (not the hotel) is, that the beaches around are paid and the free ones are really disgusting (such a mess there). But as it is not a fault of the hotel, 5* given.
Not in a good location. This hotel is past its prime. The staff is hit or miss. Front desk was not too kind in general, and worse, not very helpful. Asked many times for an iron and it never showed. I had to change my room due to an inop phone and noisy, buzzing AC. Also, there's no Wifi available in the rooms! Repeat, not available. Only accessible from the restaurant/reception area. So much potential, it's sad to see the beach in disrepair. The highlight is the view of the sea from my room, very relaxing. The size of the room is plenty big as well. The workout room was decent and the breakfast okay. My server was very kind and helpful. Sadly, the room itself clean at first glance, but very old and some things just needed to be replaced. the ceilings cracking and phone with grime. Didn't want to use it, but it didn't work anyway. Shower head desperately needs replacing. Colleagues ate dinner at the hotel and did not like it at all. Was told the food was poor and the service even worse. We ate in town (a long walk) for a fraction of the cost and enjoyed our meals.
Male reception staff is very rude to females, however female employees were nice and helpful. Maybe this place was a resort 10 years ago, but it’s nestled in the ugliest area in Naples. It’s an over sized Marriott hotel at best. Bedding is like sand paper, the grounds are not well kept, and only one of the pools looks swimmable. The only reason I stayed here was because my flight back home was cancelled and my airline paid for it. Service is terrible, there’s only WiFi in the lobby area, and food is far overpriced for its quality. Overall, not worth the stay
