Great location on top of the Bemelerberg. Beautiful views from the back of the park. Fresh (warm) bread service. Maybe the cottages are a bit close to each other. Swimming pool doesn’t seem to be heated
Absolute disaster — unsafe, unprofessional, unacceptable. This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. After a long journey, we arrived late at night, entered the cabin we were assigned — only to find another family already sleeping inside. Imagine the panic, the shock, the fear, for us and for them. This is not just poor service — this is a massive security breach. The resort has NO control over its bookings, NO system in place to prevent such humiliating and dangerous mistakes. They sent an apology email. That’s it. No compensation, no accountability, no real attempt to fix the damage done. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you care even slightly about your safety and peace of mind, stay far away.
We booked the Accommodation through Aibnb. The host from Belvilla, was an absolute nightmare. No reaction to our requests like late check-in, only standard automatic response. They asked for extra payment which was not listed in the description. the hotel blackmail us by blocking the key cars, we had to pay over 200 euros to have access to the accommodation again. The heating was not working properly, complain 2 times, they couldn't fix it. Not amusing with negative temperatures. Was an absolute nightmare!
