Worthy to stay in Resort Rio.One of my colleague had suggested me to book a room here. I was not new in Goa. Many times I stayed in other five star property. But this time I really feel that after staying in Resort Rio and the five star service what I got it from here. It's remarkable. From next time onwards no more experiment with other resort. We stayed in Resort Rio for company event. They have a good variety of rooms but the rooms allocated to us were small. No proper place to store bags, absolutely nothing to dry your wet clothes, not even a drying line in the bathroom! I was surprised to see lack of amenities in a star property like Resort Rio. The food was okay, desserts were good. The Conference hall is the main highlight.
Don't get fooled by th shining nice property. They will try to scam you in all ways possible. The hotel which was once a luxury resort has lost its charm. The occupancy is not full because of dip in tourism so they have formulated new ways of scamming you. Extra bed 4000, a 10 rupee laundry bag will be charged 300. Please check all your bills . They have got a target of achieving certain revenue even if the occupancy is dipping. So they charge you fraudulently by all means.
