Resort style 3br unit w huge entertainers balcony

lovely resort, great views of the beach and sea. rooms are spacious and well maintained. good facilities except both spa pools are not as warm as i would have liked and there is no way to turn off the bubble jets, (they are on a timer) tram stop literally outside the back door which is great for travel. there are no stairs for guests like myself that don't like the elevator. overall great experience here.

Spent a week here to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday with the whole family. Very enjoyable. They looked after our every need. Breakfast in their restaurant was excellent. They catered for 14 of us (9 adults and 5 kids). All the staff at the hotel were friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities are excellent and there is plenty to do there for everyone - even Pickleball!

Our room was amazing. We booked specifically for an ocean view and boy did we get one! It was an amazing view. The room was nice and big, and clean. Only downside was the cockroaches. Unfortunately plenty of them but they honestly didn't really bother us too much thankfully. The shower was a little fiddly with the hot and cold temperatures but it was a good shower. Pools were nice, though the indoor one needs a little cleaning. I honestly can't really fault our stay. Staff were super helpful, the location was so good and everything was super easy.
