Felt very welcome when checking in. The staff were friendly and informative. The rooms are well laid out and extremely clean. We had everything we needed for a quick one night stay. Car park wasn't great for my big Prado but we made it work. The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but the linen was lovely.
My family and I had a lovely stay at The Sebel Moonee Ponds. We were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded upon check in which we greatly appreciated. The staff were welcoming upon arrival and were helpful when needed throughout our stay. Shopping centre is only across the road, very close to train station and not far from the city centre so the location is perfect. The only downside is we were only in Melbourne for a 3 days so weren’t able to enjoy the hotel for longer. My partner and I agree we’re definitely coming back here next time we’re visiting Melbourne! My wife and I had a fantastic stay! The room was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed to make our visit enjoyable. Belinda, the General Manager, went out of her way to personally welcome us and even hosted us at the hotel restaurant. The dining experience was exceptional — the menu is absolutely delicious, and we highly recommend trying the cocktails, which were the perfect way to unwind after a day out. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip — couldn’t recommend it enough.
