Resort The Karishma Grand

We stayed in Karishma Hotel for 3 days and we had a very good experience. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. Also there is a nice swimming pool and outside sitting area. They also offer some indoor games as well. The breakfast and dinner was a thing that we loved the most. The food they offer is healthy as well as tasty. The quality of the food was amazing. Also it is very near to all the beaches in go. I highly recommend this hotel for your next goa stay.

Stayed at The Karishma Grand in Calangute, Goa. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was polite and attentive throughout the stay. The food quality was also good. However, the overall maintenance of the property could be improved - some amenities like the AC, bathtub, and bathroom lock were not in the best condition. The resort is conveniently located near the main road, which is a plus, though parking within the property is limited. Thankfully, there's ample roadside parking available. With better upkeep, this place could offer a much more comfortable experience.

Worst experience ever. I won't ever suggest anyone to stay here. Room service, the workers, the amenities everything are Worst. You couldn't get anything they said. The AC was not working till 3 days of staying us and the room service telecom was not working there. We asked for change the room but they won't listen our queries and they even won't entertain any kind of problems we told them. They even hadn't take the luggage neither at check-in time nor for check-out. If you ask just for water, they would take 2 hours to deliver in your room from the restaurant. We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days, and the experience was below 1 star rating. Never stay in this hotel please. You will regret if you are going to stay there for sure. That's all my and my family's experience.
