Felt the need to go out of my way to review Tiago as a surf instructor - he was incredible! Patient, clear and in general, a great guy. Thank you! Até a próxima!!

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is NOT a place for you. The hotel is completed dominated by kids, and there are no "adults only areas." The swimming pools are dirty with the kids jumping from one to the other. The entertainment team is extremely loud and encourages the kids to shout and run around all the time, especially around the restaurant/ swimming pool. The food is basically local, I had to speak to the chef to get a fried egg in olive oil! Staff needs training, focusing on customer service. Some of them are constantly in a bad mood and are quite rude towards any questions or requests. On the other hand, I had a personal issue, and the management team was extremely helpful and supportive. Big thanks to Erlei, Aurelio and Antonio.

Food: average at best and barely any vegetarian options. Wifi: the connection wouldn't really reach the rooms and was really slow. Music: they blast loud music most of the time (bad music) that can be heard even from pretty much the whole hotel. Location: the only good point I can think of, the hotel is relatively close to the city and airport. Misc: no room service whatsoever and unless you take a shower in the middle of the afternoon the hot water will run out. This is a terrible hotel.
