Super cool, sustainable hotel with beautiful decor and a lively vibe. Expansive layout with a private beach and four pools — the adults-only rooftop pool is a hit. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The private shuttle is a great perk for getting around South Beach, and the spa was a soothing, peaceful experience. Loved the thoughtful touches like infused water stations and quick food-service pickup after room service with just a tap of a button. Notes: Elevators can be a bit slow, full-length mirrors are by request, and there was brief drilling on a couple of mornings. Rooms are not completely sound proof. Also noticed a small trace of mold in the shower, but overall, these were minor compared to the great stay.

Amazing property with beautiful pools, restaurant, beach, rooftop and great rooms. Yasmin was especially accommodating and wonderful upon check in. She has gone out of her way to ensure our stay here as been memorable. My husband and I went for a three night getaway and it did not disappoint. Everyone is so friendly and provides great customer service. The location is great and a walkable distance to shops and more restaurants. I can see this becoming an annual trip for us. Can't wait to return with friends!

I went for a little staycation to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was wonderful! I wish I remembered everyone’s names, but Anthony at the front desk was super nice, and Mateo and Andrea also provided great service. I don’t even remember who I mentioned it to, but when we got to our room, there was a cake waiting for my mom! Such a sweet surprise and it truly made our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a great vibe and ambiance. Our room was clean, spacious, and the all-white decor was so relaxing. Valet parking was respectful and efficient. Only great things to say! I’m already thinking about coming back with my husband.
