Take note that this place was opened back in 1996. Looks a little run down but the place is still comfortable and nice.I believe some renovation works are still ongoing (tennis court and spa) but I dont really mind. My room was interesting indeed. There’s a bath tub at the corner of the room. For a mother with kids below 6, this is a plus point as I can monitor my child easily. Guess honeymooners would be happy too. I also signed up for the baby turtle release program. An experience I will never forget. Love being near the beach but the staff already reminded us that the area is not that safe for swimming. Above all, I love the place as the staff are all friendly and kind. They speak politely and treat us like family. I can really feel the warmth coming to this place

Hotel quite rundown, parking slightly far away. Breakfast was average, good for the price. The pool were practically empty and need towel card to used the towel. lightings so far ok but can be super dim at night especially at corridor. Bed nice and firm. my room having a number of mold on the ceiling. head shower not functioning but water pressure just nice. service need to improved. i come with family with 5 luggage but no bellboy to assist during check in and check out. smarty club (kids club) just ok but need improvement if need to attract parent with kids.

Terrible hotel with budget like feeling hotel and overprice rate. A run down hotel. Didnt deserve any star at all in comparison to the price. They charge you for any additional request in room like pillow, towel etc. , considering with the room rate... unbelievable.. You even have to fill up the drinking water bottle outside the room like living in hostel. Breakfast also is the worst. Flies coming out from the omelete prep bowl, nasi dagang taste was terrible, like the recycle ones from 2-3 days ago, & they charge you rm40/pax for bfast. What a waste of money. Dirty floors at the room corridor & room window filled with bird poop all over the place. Dont bother to come here.
