Wonderful Stay! This hotel was a truly amazing experience for me. The staff was really helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. The accommodation had all the contemporary conveniences I required for a comfortable stay, was immaculate, and was exquisitely furnished. The location was perfect - close to everything just minutes away from Universal Studios, SEA Aquarium, and the Sentosa Express. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the delicious breakfast buffet to the relaxing ambiance throughout the hotel. Alice (looks Vietnamese) from housekeeping is one of the employees I remember the most. She did a great job cleaning my room, keeping everything organized, and even calling maintenance personnel to fix a shower problem for me. She was really kind and amiable with my kids. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I can’t wait to return!

Staff were warm and welcoming, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We highly recommend Hotel Ora and would definitely come back again! Made our overseas holiday memorable.
