Good location of the hotel, nice interior in the room. You can ask to wash your clothes (free of charge). Weak water pressure in the shower, the card for entering the room did not work well, so they gave me a key. Overall, the impressions of this place are pleasant. I would come again.

We recently stayed there but were not happy at all. They didn’t help us to carry luggage’s to the room. Room was so small and one lamp was not working and there was some damaged staff in the room. They kept ask for cash payment and didn’t accept card payment or bank transfer. It was so weird. Last day we had heater issues and stayed cold couple of hours in the room. Their breakfast service was in the another hotel which is not nice at all. I don’t recommend it unfortunately.

I recently stayed at Rest Baku Studios Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to several unacceptable incidents that warrant immediate attention. During checkout, the hotel staff accused us of damaging a floor towel and attempted to charge us for it. We clarified that the towel was only used on the floor while taking a shower, and there was no damage. The situation escalated when a housekeeper began using derogatory language towards my wife. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive, particularly as it targeted her Ukrainian background and her choice to speak Russian. I strongly advise Russian tourists to avoid this hotel, as you may be met with hostility and unfair accusations simply for speaking your language. Furthermore, we experienced a serious breach of privacy. Our passport information was shared by reception team among staff members without our consent, which is not only unethical but could also be illegal. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the unprofessional conduct of the staff and serious concerns regarding privacy and respect.
