Our experience at this hotel was outstanding! The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was a highlight—breakfast featured delicious freshly baked pastries, and dinner was truly unforgettable. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavors, showcasing the finest local ingredients. After a day on the slopes, the onsen was the perfect way to relax. The tranquil atmosphere and soothing hot spring waters left us feeling completely refreshed. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return—highly recommended!

Stayed here for a few days to go snowboarding with friends. What an absolutely beautiful building and experience. It is right off of a shuttle line to get to the mountains. The onsen is relaxing and perfect after a day on the mountains. The food is wonderful. The included breakfast was pastries, fruit, juice and coffee. The pastries were absolutely great! The best part was the staff. They are so sweet, attentive, and helpful. Would love to come back here again. HIGHLY recommend!

Unforgettable Stay in Hakuba! From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely fantastic. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The daily morning breakfasts delivered to our room were truly a treat—delicious, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to start each day before heading out to explore Hakuba. Without a doubt, this is the best spot to stay in Hakuba. The room was fantastic. I stay at about 20 hotels every year around the world and this is the first hotel I’ve stopped to write a review since the service was so fantastic. We stayed here for 4 days skiing around the local area. I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends!
