Restwon Suit

I spent more than a month in this hotel, and how would I describe this hotel as a quiet place, an excellent location, and very close to the coast of Bakirkoy. As for the rooms, their size is very suitable for two people, and sometimes three, and they have all the requirements of comfort and tranquility, and there is an excellent modern air-conditioner and the cleaning service is good, as well as the price is considered Excellent compared to the rest of the hotels. As for the staff, I consider this hotel lucky to have such a cooperative team, and the guest feels as if he is at home, especially Mr. Hakim and Miss Rabia, they are the best and on a high level of the finest. Mr. Hakeem is fluent in English and they do not delay in providing any possible assistance. It is amazing and more than wonderful and I will repeat my visit next time to the same hotel and tell them thank you for everything you gave me and my daughter

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. English speaking staff are doing their best to correct and apologize for the hotel's poor management . We found hair on the floor and in the bathtub, asked them to mop the floor, but I guess they only vacuumed it. Rooms still look dirty and I don't want to think about the mattress. There was no blanket or duvet in on the bed, so they gave us some sheets instead. When we arrived they could not find our Airbnb reservation, our room wasn't ready, and we had to wait for 1.5 hours to get into our room.

I'm a doctor- My macbook got stolen by Restwon suit hotel staff from my bedroom whilst we were sightseeing. When I complained, staff ignored me and couldn't care less, repeating the same sentence the owner will come at 11am. Nobody contacted me to this day. Please do not trust this hotel it's infested with thieves!!!
