Rooms old, No internet, mobile network coverage is weak too. Staff are good & helpful Open buffet is very limited with no drinks Good for short stay 2-3 days. Aqua park is nice for kids Beach is private and view is good
The place is not luxurious at all. The cleanliness is below average. Reception staff are friendly. But the buffet staff are not professional at all. The aqua is very poor, not the same as pictures.
My experience was disappointing. Room service delivery was delayed by more than 30 minutes on multiple occasions. The room's maintenance was poor-the TV and refrigerator were broken, there was no telephone available, and room service seemed non-existent. It also took over 24 hours to get housekeeping to clean the room after requesting it. To make matters worse, the dishes and pots provided were worn out and broken. When we asked room service to change the dishes, they claimed it wasn't their responsibility, forcing us to take the worn-out items to the manager's office ourselves to get them replaced.
