The restaurant was pleasant, the food was tasty and the service was good, both in the restaurant and at the reception desk, the staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean, well-equipped, and nicely scented. Very nice swimming pool and spa area. Opening hours might be extended, at least to 10pm. However, although we booked a room with a panoramic mountain view, we were given one with only a partial view of the mountains and neighbouring balconies. Customer service is very good, we reported an issue and it was solved. A problem may occur in every company, but the most important thing is how the problem will be solved. Here you can be sure that all kind of issues alerted to the hotel won't be forgotten and won't be swept under the carpet, and for sure the hotel will solve everything and do their best to improve to be better and better. Nice and relaxing place I stayed here recently during a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t get to use the spa, but it looked great. Overall, a peaceful and well-maintained resort.

Stayed here for a few nights. Stunning, really well organised multi level business. They are trying to find a balance between sustainability and scale, I’m sure it is a challenge. The complex building systems to save and recover energy are inspiring. Planting throughout the site is crisp and appropriate. Felt like the physical link between the hotel/spa and the woodland and surrounding fields could be so much more fun and obvious. Some kind of garden bridge to view the crowns of the trees or ways to bring guests even closer to the environment that supports our very survival! The food was delicious. Absolutely amazing. Total wonder. I wish the builders/architects who created this space could come and retrofit hotels in the UK! Amazing site looks well prepared for any kind of event large or small. Very impressed.
