Reunion Stay

Stayed at the Reunion last week. My son and I stayed in room 302 which was stunning. It was huge, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and the bathrooms and showers were amazing. The staff was great and check in was a breeze. Free parking was a plus. The bar is great and outdoor spaces is nice. I will stay again and highly recommend! A regular hotel room cannot compare! Thank you.

This charming little boutique hotel has a cozy, hostel-like vibe. Instead of a traditional front desk, everything from door codes to parking details is sent to you through email, which can make it challenging to get quick answers if you have questions. The rooms are adorable, but they do have a bit of a damp, musty smell.

Stayed three nights at Reunion last week. Great location. Room is OK. Service very poor - basically it did not exist. The email confirming the code for the room was not forwarded by the booking engine, ok not property fault. However, the text one is to use to contact property management was never responded to for contact assistance. The staff at the bar below just state that the rooms are not managed by them, try and text ownership again. Unacceptable. Room condition also poor for maintenance. Safe did not work, rusty HVAC vents in room and bath, filthy air vent above beverage area, and steps to room levels had clearly not even been swept in days or weeks. Condition of hallway also poor. Reunion could be a good place to stay based on great location in East Nashville, but ownership is clearly not interested to maintain standards or communication with guests. Choose a different option.
