Our first time in Cambodia and Reveal Angkor Hotel made our experience a truly memorable one. My family of 8 had a wonderful experience and the staff are friendly, polite and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean and the location is great, just a few minutes on the tuktuk to Pub Street. They also arranged our private tours over 3 days with a bus hire and English speaking guide.
+The owner, her family, and the staffs are absolutely lovely! They gave good advices and were willing to help us with very much anything. +The hotel sells small snacks, food, and tours. The location is relatively close to Pub Street and Wat Bo (not really walkable) +/-The (double) room size was fairly spacious, but the toilet area was quite small. +/-There were both western and eastern choices for breakfast. The taste still needed to be improved though -When we stayed in Jan 2023, the road in the alley from the main road into the hotel was pretty bad. The alley was also relatively narrow. -The electronic devices in the room were older. The fridge was not cold. The AC was leaking. -The toothbrush was not really usable. The bristles fell off and got stuck in my teeth every time.
Okay the first thing the water has a bad odor/ smell so bad! No matter you use soap, shampoo your body still same from water (bad smell) also the water color yellow!!! Omg so DISGUSTING!! Water color yellow and Bad Odors!!! I think the water from Well without filter!! Ewww Disgusting!! Second: every time they clean up your room they TURN OFF OF THE AC!! In my whole life I have been many hotel, apartment guest house they never ever Turn off the Power and AC!! I paid more than good money and the weather outside is hot when I come back from outside I want rest with cold rooms!!! Guess not they Turn Off Freaking AC!!!! The third one the inside room have Crickets, small bugs poop on your bed, small lizards inside your rooms!!!! This is horrible and don’t stay this hotel!! The pictures from google is not the same!!! Probably some reviews are faked!!! I will never ever come to this hotel again!!! You don’t deserve one star, so disappointed and very happy customers
