Revento

Stayed here recently. The accommodation was fair and comfortable. However, I was charged an extra 1200 EGP because the hotel considered check-in from the afternoon, even though I arrived and started my stay at 12 midnight. I understand it’s about service standards and demand, but a bit more flexibility or clarity would’ve been appreciated.

This place is like a couple of hostels in a trenchcoat tryna pass as a hotel and charge hotel prices. For that kind of money, you can do better. Also: I dropped off some laundry the day before and had a late checkout of 1pm the following afternoon because I was tired and needed to sleep in. Nope! Housekeeping just bangs on my door at 9am to hand me my laundry instead of just keeping it behind the desk till I woke up. Really annoying.

So bad I can't even explain Once we arrived they informed us that they didn't had any room for us and that they had put us in this revento "HOTEL" , it is worst than the worst hostels in europe, but like, WORST we had to be 2h talking with them, they made us cancel in booking and pass direct with them, we just accepted because it was already 22h and we were really tired Room was extremely ugly, widows didn't had any glass, impoasible to sleep cars beep since 6AM until 00AM, the guys in the reception are dishonest We have seen many many people saying the same things and everyone that arrives has problems, I can't really understand how they have this rate in here nor in booking H O R R I B L E 100% dishonest make yourself a favor and STAY AWAY
