Quick review it's very good and the negative reviews do not match on June 2025. Now the longer review. Wanted to test it after seeing the construction a year ago. If you are looking for a hotel disguised as a bunker don't bother it's a real bunker refurbished to be a hotel (among other things). So it won't be a typical simple hotel. Regarding accessibility. From the Ubahn Google maps gets you to the wrong place ! I asked for an edit. The entrance is an elevator with a security guard. Je might not be very friendly but that's his job. He is not a valet. Just tell him you have a reservation at the hotel and he will call the elevator for you. Real entrance is to the left (see pictures). And after check in another elevator set to the room floors. The room is clean and modern. No noise even though I was near the main restaurant. Roof top is a bit underwhelming but only because the vegetation obstructs a lot of the view. It still a nice place to get fresh air. Will come back again.
The Hotel is soild. The suits are a slightly larger than a normal hotel room at best. 2 hand towels. Very low level of service standard. This hotel is at best a big youth hostel.Any conference hotel in Hamburg will provide a better experience.
A Soulless, Digital Nightmare Reverb Hotel is less a place to stay and more a cold, tech-obsessed experiment gone horribly wrong. Want to see a room before booking? Forget it. You’ll be met with blank stares and robotic replies directing you to “go online.” That’s the mantra here — everything must be done through their beloved website or app, no matter how inconvenient, illogical, or downright insulting it may be. Attempting to go upstairs to take a peek at the rooms? Denied. Blocked. Treated like a security threat for daring to want a basic preview of what you’re paying for. This isn’t a hotel — it’s a bureaucratic obstacle course disguised as accommodation. The obsession with automation has stripped away every ounce of welcome or flexibility. If you enjoy being stonewalled by digital processes and treated like a QR code instead of a guest, by all means, book a stay.
