Stopped in today for a late lunch. Such an interesting, cosy, welcoming and friendly place. Graham went above and beyond to look after us which he did so beautifully. Live , quiet guitar playing added a lovely touch. Food was fantastic and restaurant quality as opposed to pub quality. Something for everyone here that’s for sure. Will definitely be returning :)

What an amazing place to be. So unique and eclectic so sad to hear it’s closing its doors. These are the places we need to keep open and running due to their one of a kind dinning and drinking experiences. Hats off to the extraordinary owners Graham and Jacqui for their decades of service to the community!!!!

This hidden gem in Lyonville is the “Centre of the Universe” where time stands still. Owners Jackie & Ken have lovingly created an eclectic wonderland of Art Deco charm, vintage curiosities, and genuine hospitality. No TVs, no Wi-Fi - just cozy spaces, book-filled dining rooms, wood fires, and a rambling garden. Thursday night pizza and movie screenings are a must! Saturday night dinners and Sunday lunches are also a must. Perfect for city dwellers wanting to disconnect and embrace a slower pace. Warm, quirky, and utterly delightful. The news of closure is devastating. Surely we like-minded intellects can band together to save this gem.
