Very friendly employees trying to accommodate your every wish. Rooms are awesome. The only slightly negative point would be the availability of massages or slots at the beauty farm. Better book a slot ahead of time

Based up on a recommendation I stayed at this Hotel – the person recommending this Hotel had high praises for it. When you drive up to the Hotel you will be surprised what you find inside. The Outside is not the very beautiful Building but the inside is warm and welcoming. Overall the Hotel is in really good shape and well Maintained. The Front Desk is very nice, they are well organized and friendly which made the check in process real easy. We opted not to have out Room cleaned during our stay and received two free Drink coupons for the Lobby Bar. This is a great idea and honestly who needs new sheets everyday or even towels. The Room was clean and very spacious – the beds are so very comfortable. I wish I had an option during check in to get a room on a higher floor. The view from out room was good but it would have been better on a higher floor. The Food and Service are very good and consistent. The Kurpark Restaurant is really nice and the Buffet in the morning has a very big selection of cold cuts, breads, cheese, yogurt, bacon, boild eggs, scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, marmalade and so many other things. It’s all you can eat and I have to admit we enjoyed it very much. We had dinner twice at the Kurpark Restaurant and the Food was outstanding. The Kitchen Staff relly knows how to prepare a nice meal not just for taste but also for presentation. The main course looked so good and tasted even better. It was a really nice experience. We only had dinner once at the Hirschfeanger Restaurant. We had a really great time and a fantastic dinner. The Buffet was just awesome. They had a great selection of Soup, Salads, Main course and desert. This is an all you can eat Buffet style Restaurant. We enjoyed it very much. After each day out we enjoyed the Sauna and Steam rooms. The Pool was pretty cold and the Hot tub was not very hot at all. So we only did this once. But tremendously enjoyed the Sauan / Steam room area. I wish that this area would have been opened a little later than 8pm. We would have loved to enjoy another Sauna session after Dinner. The Ruheraum was very enjoyable but the location of it was not so convenient in my opinion. Overall we had a great time and I can highly recommend this Hotel. If you can’t make up your mind where to stay because of the many choices give this Hotel a try I think you will not be disappointed. I would stay here in a heartbeat again.

The hotel room is little bit old and dark. The washroom is quite dirty and filthy also the shampoo and bodywash quality is poor.. the food is good but not worth the price for 5 stars hotel. However, the gym room is new and and modern. They also provide Sauna and swimming pool. Also there are nice Christmas decorations and the staffs are friendly and helpful.
