Rewaya Inn Resort Ex Hawaii Paradise Hurghada

It's nice hotel. It's crowded a little bit but it is still nice and the service is very good. Many pools are there and all of them are clean, there's a variety in food with a good taste. For the sea you need to wear sea shoes. The rooms are nice. There's is also a nice aqua. It's more recommended for families.

I was planning to have 4 ~ 5 nights stay in this resort, it ended up me cancelling my booking reservation and leave after 2 nights! the hotel is very well designed, location good, However for the price I expected more there were no control over guests, anyone can do what ever they want without any respect to others personal space. the food place was a disaster, no organizing at all, any one can do anything , take food with their bare hands and may be returning food they didn't like to the same pot that others taking from in the pool many kids were annoying my daughter and the pool guards was just watching! I have no idea why this hotel costs much while it's service looks like this!!

Very Disappointing Experience Upon arrival, I was shocked to find there was no cola machine or any self-serve soda dispenser. Every time I wanted a drink, I had to go to the bar and ask the staff to pour it into a very small cup. Even the juice was watered down and tasted terrible. At the open buffet, the person serving the meat would only give extremely small portions. The staff’s attitude was very unprofessional, and the food quality was poor. The check-in hall was overcrowded, with only four staff members handling all the guests. The air conditioning there was extremely weak and did nothing to cool the room. I had to wait for over an hour just to get my bracelet. On top of that, the air conditioning in the reception area was not working at all, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, a highly unsatisfactory stay and I would not recommend this hotel.
