Rex Hanoi Hotel

Vivian had given us excellent service. She communicates well and she did not have a problem with the English language. She took time to teach us how to fold the napkins for the table. The room service was very good, always supplying everything that we needed. The location of the hotel is in an ideal position. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rex Hanoi! The hotel is in a strategic location, very close to the night markets, restaurants, and major attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from, and the staff were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Hannie, who went out of her way to assist us with our trip planning and regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Her warmth and hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi — a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

We had a great experience at Rex Hanoi Hotel. The room was clean and the air conditioning was strong, which is important when it is the summertime. Great location in the heart of Old Quarter. Tons of food and shopping options nearby. Hotel breakfast had plenty of food options, with the pho, omelette, and variety of yogurt options to choose from. Special shoutout to the staff at the hotel who were very accommodating and welcoming. They stored our luggage securely after checkout and also offered us tea in the lobby. Staff also helped contact our Grab driver to direct them to the location, and helped load luggage into the car when we left. Great service! Highly recommend staying at the Rex Hanoi Hotel if you want to stay in Old Quarter!
